Our search facility will allow you to filter, sort and view your properties in detail providing you with in depth information relating to your chosen properties.

Spanish Property Viewings

We believe in offering our sellers the choice of carrying out their own viewings. Depending on which option our sellers have chosen will determine who you will view the property with either the seller themselves or a member of the inetcasas team. Either way our friendly international team will deliver all the required information and organise any viewings on your behalf.

Sales Price Negotiation

You are welcome to negotiate with the seller yourself or if you would prefer, a member of the inetcasas team will negotiate on your behalf to make sure you achieve the best possible price.

Deposit & Reservation Contract

As soon as a sales price is agreed with the seller it is a requirement to pay a deposit which will take the property off the market. At this stage a reservation contract will need to be drawn up to confirm all the details. Your nominated lawyer will help you with this service or you can select the inetcasas conveyancing service.
